Nature Inspired Tai Chi

  • Margaret Lindley Park 1201 Cold Spring Road Williamstown, MA, 01267 United States (map)

Walk along the river under a tall canopy of Eastern Hemlock trees. Pause to breathe in the richness of the living world with simple to follow standing Tai Chi movements led by experienced outdoor guide and certified Tai Chi instructor, Mary Hannah Parkman.
