Join experienced outdoor guide and certified Tai Chi instructor, Mary Hannah Parkman, to experience nature in a new way. Participants will learn the art of mindful movement through Tai Chi. Mary Hannah will guide participants in slow-paced movements that encourage mindfulness and thereby deepen capacity for connection with self, the natural world and one another. Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art, was inspired by nature and designed to enliven “chi” or lifeforce energy for greater vitality. Tai Chi is known to have many health benefits.
