Join experienced outdoor guide and certified Tai Chi instructor, Mary Hannah Parkman, for nature inspired Tai Chi gazing out over the fall foliage on Monument Mountain from the flower fields at Taft Farms. Mary Hannah will lead you in simple to follow standing Tai Chi warmups and movements from the 8 Treasures of Tai Chi.
These practices calm and reset the nervous system, bring balance to the body, and help cultivate peace in the present moment.
Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art, was inspired by nature and designed to enliven “chi” or life force energy for greater health and vitality.
