Forest Bathing & Tai Chi

  • Margaret Lindley Park 1201 Cold Spring Road Williamstown, MA, 01267 United States (map)

Enliven your senses, refresh your mood, and boost your immune system with Forest Bathing and Tai Chi among the Easterrn Hemlock trees. Mary Hannah will guide you in easy to follow Tai Chi movements to cultivate vitality.

By allowing space to be present in nature and move with nature, we awaken not only our senses but also wonder, curiosity and our innate capacity for healing. Nature offers us soothing sounds and stable ground, while Tai Chi is an expression of harmony that guide us home to experience these qualities within ourselves.

  • Entrance is a dirt driveway across from the A-Frame Bakery. Park near the small building.

  • Walk length approximately 0.5 miles. Mostly level trail.

  • Dress for the weather in comfortable clothes suitable for movement.

  • In the event of rain, our experience will be canceled.
