By allowing space to be present in nature and move with nature, we awaken not only our senses but also wonder, curiosity and our innate capacity for healing. Nature offers us soothing sounds, stable ground, and expressions of harmony that guide us home to experience these qualities within ourselves.
Park in the main Upper Parking Lot. Meet by the Ticket booth.
Walk length approximately 0.5 miles. Mostly level or gently sloping trail.
Dress for the weather in comfortable clothes suitable for movement.
in the event of rain, our experience will be abbreviated to one hour.
