Delight in the vibrant spring greens, walk past the ponds and fields and under the tall canopy of eastern hemlock trees. Pause to breathe in the richness of the living world with simple to follow standing Tai Chi warm ups & movements from the 8 Treasures of Tai Chi led by Mary Hannah. By connecting body and breath, these standing movement practices calm and reset the nervous system, help cultivate peace in the present moment and awaken and enliven our "chi" or life force energy.

Walk length approx. 0.5 mile total. Mostly flat terrain.

5% of donations will go to support hemlock tree conservation efforts at the New York State Hemlock Initiative
