Join certified Tai Chi instructor, Mary Hannah Parkman, for a transformational journey through The Eight Treasures of Tai Chi, an ancient sequence of Tai Chi exercises designed to harmonize the internal systems of the body for optimal health and vitality.
No experience necessary, Mary Hannah will guide you through the movements.
What to wear:
Comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
What to bring:
Water bottle
Shoes are optional. If you choose to wear shoes, please bring a clean pair to change into once you arrive indoors. This is also a yoga space and we like to keep the floors pristine.
