Here are some suggestions for what to bring/wear:
Comfortable clothes you can move easily in. Yoga type clothes or loose clothing is fine too because the movements are slow and done standing.

Mary Hannah Parkman, is a certified Tai Chi Instructor and Yoga Teacher, drawn to both by the nature-inspired movements and the dance between grace and strength. After practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for 10 years, she earned her first Tai Chi certification in 2023. When Mary Hannah teaches Tai Chi, she draws on over a decade of experience as a mind-body movement instructor, teaching yoga in studios, wellness resorts, public schools, summer camps and leading mindful outdoor experiences. She delights in sharing the peace, vitality and inspiration that comes from being in nature through her teaching and artwork.
